Job Summary:
IT Project Coordinator – ERP Programs assists IT ERP Program management, and maintains project plans and action plans, generates project status reports and assists project management team in administrative tasks.
This position is eligible for our Crane Flex Hybrid schedule which allows for the option of up to 2 days/week of work-from-home. Some conditions apply which will be discussed during the interview process. Full policy to be provided after hire.
Essential Functions:

Assists in maintain and update detailed project plans (Microsoft Projects) at the direction of program manager, project leads.

Prepare and update reports from Project plans using Excel templates, Power Point templates, Word documents for tracking, updating and reporting on program/projects on a cadence.

Maintain issue and risk logs, project document repository
Non-Essential Functions:

Manage team calendar.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project).

Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive/expert level knowledge of MS Office tools, MS Project

Knowledge/Experience in project management tools and techniques

Familiarity with JIRA & Confluence (Atlassian) collaboration platforms a plus

Work requires substantial concentration on detail

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment

Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps and any other required PPE

May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes

Ability to carry laptops and other equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
