Crave Cannabis is a rapidly growing cannabis company launching our retail establishments in the state of Michigan. We are looking for qualified, enthusiastic budtenders that have a minimum of one year of customer service experience.

Applicants will be interested in forming a long-term relationship with our company. Qualified candidates will be dependable, organized, motivated and passionate about their work.

A caring, considerate and enthusiastic attitude for the cannabis industry is a must.

Experience with cannabis products is a must.

Working knowledge of cannabis products as well as all current Michigan rules regulating retail and medical marijuana is a plus.

We are looking for candidates that will creatively contribute to the success and expansion of our company. This position gives a self-driven and motivated candidate room for development and growth.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid Michigan drivers license, have proof of US citizenship, and have at least one year of retail experience. Upholding Michigan marijuana laws with clients and fellow employees is an essential part of the job and mandatory at Crave Cannabis.

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive the Crave Cannabis Shopping Experience
• Greet and acknowledge clients with a friendly and engaging attitude.
• Assess clients’ needs by listening to their cues and recommending products that fit their personal style.
• Educate clients on product knowledge…”what’s new and fits your lifestyle”.
• Work collectively as a team to create a shopping experience that exceeds the client’s expectation.
• Uphold Crave Cannabis Values of Respect, Teamwork, Professionalism, and Praise.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor that meets both visual and operational standards.
• Assist with stock related and housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications:

• One year experience in a retail/customer service related environment.
• 21 years of age with a valid Michigan drivers license and proof of US Citizenship.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate a passion for customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Minimum education level: High School Diploma or GED.
