What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host position at Crave?
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Review the floor plan and reservations with managers upon arrival.
- Communicate with servers, server assistants, and bartenders regarding floor notes or special needs requested.
- Provide the chef with a breakdown on reservations and shift notes.
- Greet guests, seat them with menus, and tell them who their server will be.
- Find and inform servers when their tables are sat.
- Manage and input data into the electronic reservation system.
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Direct guests as needed to their destination in the building.
- Clean and organize menus.
- Help with nightly shut-down procedures, such as checking door locks.
- Assist other staff as needed.
- Check in and out with your supervisor.
32 hours a week and part time available. $12/hour
