The Marketing Manager manages and executes one or more of CRB’s marketing efforts including sales services, business development support, content creation, proposal management, event planning and data integrity and analytics in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. The role includes contributing to company marketing strategy, creating content, participating in account-based marketing activities and ensuring adherence to brand and style guides. The Marketing Manager may focus primarily on one or a few of these areas and have a secondary focus on others which may evolve as business needs require. The Marketing Manager may also manage one or more employees located in other offices across the country with responsibility for daily supervision, mentoring and coaching. This role may also manage cross-company marketing projects with multi-discipline participants. The Marketing Manager ensures quality deliverables within agreed timelines and ensures that company brand and policies are followed.
- Delivers marketing materials on time within required quality parameters
- Leads special projects such as data analytics reports, thought leadership programs and content management
- Manages the flow of content for deliverables
- Establishes collaborative working relationships with a variety of disciplines and personalities
- Works independently upon receiving general direction from marketing and technical professionals
- Supervises employees and/or assignments in accordance with company culture and policies
- Continuously measures and reports on agreed KPIs
- Promotes company’s vision, mission and core values

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience in a professional services marketing role with focus on sales support, digital marketing, proposal management, demand/lead generation, data integrity and analytics with heavy involvement with proposals and qualifications as needed in an AEC environment
- Track record of success creating content for complex solicitations above $20M
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced graphics, document layout, editing and quality assurance skills
- Understanding of standard style guidelines
- Strong project management skills
- Experience providing direction to team members
- Experience leading strategy, detailing differentiators and providing structure for deliverables that focus on clients’ expressed needs
- Experience leading milestone review meetings and managing document iterations
- Experience with the full sales cycle from identifying projects to securing project award
- Ability to inspire teams to meet internal deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, InDesign, Deltek Vision or equivalent; Office 365, marketing automation, SEO, and data analytics experience preferred
- Advanced at designing and executing complex marketing initiatives, strategic opportunity campaigns and managing diverse teams
- Advanced at coaching and facilitating interviews with technical project teams
- Previous employee management and/or supervision experience within the marketing industry
