The Project Director manages and coordinates integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects through all phases of design, permitting, and construction. This individual operates with significant independence and minimal supervision as the principal project representative and will meet with senior corporate management, both internally and externally. The Project Director must work cooperatively with business unit client representatives and all CRB business units, including quality, engineering, procurement, estimating, and safety and scheduling. Responsible for client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects through all phases of design, permitting, and construction
- Work cooperatively with business unit client representatives and all CRB business units, including quality, engineering, procurement, estimating, and safety and scheduling
- Client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of fifteen years of experience in the Engineering & Construction Industry
Additional Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing integrated teams including subcontractors
- Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager
- Demonstrated understanding of integrated project delivery including engineering, procurement, and construction processes
- Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction
- Design/Build’ experience a plus
- Obtain and maintain industry specific certification, including but not exclusive to: PMP & AECPMA
