CSR - Electronics Division

**This position will be based out of the Oak Park location, yet the Field CSR will be assigned to jobs as they present themselves**

Job Description

• Respond and reply to all emails, customer requests and texts SMS (notification center).
• Fill out a new customer form, pull and package items as required.
• Claim resolution - address and research customer claims through Route Manager, adjust accounts accordingly, consult Route manager for advice if unsure how to resolve.
• Handle all customers with special requests or instructions.
• Follow through with the customers making sure their requests are met.
• Work directly with all drivers to keep their manifests in order and up to date.
• Check customer notes, confirm inputter marked/tagged invoice-special requests.

• Coordinate pickup and deliveries as requested by customers.

• Ensure all pickup and deliveries are being performed on schedule.
• Fill out a new customer forms, enter into SPOT, create bag tags and map for drivers, including new commercial accounts, whole offices, and other business type accounts.
• Must be able to manipulate up to 50 lbs multiple times a day.

• Perform inventory control of items in warehouse.
• Able to Inventory, package and pull textiles and electronics in the field.
• Utilize issued tablet to photograph, catalogue and inventory items in the field.

Requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain high degree of regular and punctual attendance.
• A background in retail sales, face-to-face customer service or service industry is helpful.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are necessary.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of basic computer terminology.
• Ability to sit for most of the day and lift items of 50lbs
