Creamery is now hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor for one of our satellite locations in Lemont, IL @ The Forge! The candidate must have previous food and beverage management experience within a quick serve and catering environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department.
- Manage catering events, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Supervise staff in food preparation, service, and customer interactions.
-Oversee schedules and new employee hiring
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Handle ordering for both locations
- Utilize inventory management skills to control stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving overall efficiency and profitability.
