Description:
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for research, development, and implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The Corporate Recruiter should be comfortable with web-based and offline sourcing methods to find the suitable and best talent.
Duties:
Drive full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the organization.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Work with Human Resources to suggest potential updates to job descriptions and job postings based on market trends
Find candidates through professional networks, internet sites, and social media channels.
Calculate time-to-fill and source-of-hire for each open role.
Advertise open positions on online job boards and external networks.
Understand and recommend to HR the local market pay ranges
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Continually research and suggest new sourcing strategies and tools.
Study latest recruiting trends and update based on economic and industry needs
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Study latest recruiting trends and update based on economic and industry needs
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; and arranging community tours.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with hiring managers and human resources manager and interviewing applicants based on a consistent set of qualifications.
Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:
Recent recruiting and interviewing skills
Multi-state recruiting experience
Phone, Teams, and online meeting platform skills
Proven 2-year work experience as Headhunter, Executive Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or a similar role in relevant industry environment
Working knowledge of Applicant Sourcing Tools.
Strong oral and written communication skills especially during a cold call.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
