Description:

  The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for research, development, and implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and  capable talent for the organization.   The Corporate Recruiter should be comfortable with web-based and offline sourcing methods to find the suitable and best talent.

Duties:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the organization.
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Work with Human Resources to suggest potential updates to job descriptions and job postings based on market trends
• Find candidates through professional networks, internet sites, and social media channels.
• Calculate time-to-fill and source-of-hire for each open role.
• Advertise open positions on online job boards and external networks.
• Understand and recommend to HR the local market pay ranges
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Continually research and suggest new sourcing strategies and tools.
• Study latest recruiting trends and update based on economic and industry needs
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Study latest recruiting trends and update based on economic and industry needs
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; and arranging community tours.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with hiring managers and human resources manager and interviewing applicants based on a consistent set of qualifications.

Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:

• Recent recruiting and interviewing skills
• Multi-state recruiting experience
• Phone, Teams, and online meeting platform skills
• Proven 2-year work experience as Headhunter, Executive Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or a similar role in relevant industry environment
• Working knowledge of Applicant Sourcing Tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills especially during a cold call.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Professionalism, organization, and project management skills

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Travel 20%
