Description
Our healthcare client is looking for a Business Analyst in a long-term contract position.
This role is:
40 hours/week
Fully remote
1 Year with potential to extend
Daily Responsibilities of this Business Analyst position:
Serve as a liaison between the internal customer community, IT development teams, and end customers.
Work with application and project teams to gather, analyze, communicate and validate the requirements for enhancements to applications, both internally developed and purchased software systems.
Serve as a liaison between the various stakeholders groups to ensure projects are fully defined throughout the Software Development Lifecycle and project management processes
Facilitate meetings and documentation across teams
Create constructive working relationships with stakeholders
Help the project team understand the BA process and tools being used to get the team to the finish line

Able to capture detailed business requirements and map them to technical requirements
Background in agile methodology is preferred.
Expected to become a Subject Matter Expert
Strong project management proficiencies
Education requirements:
High School / GED and 4 years' of Business Analyst training/certification and BA experience
OR an Associate's degree and 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst
