Responsibilities Of The Director Of FP&A
- Lead the FP&A department to develop, implement, and manage the company's financial strategies and policies to ensure long-term financial stability and growth in the SaaS sector.
- Mentor and foster a high-performance culture while engaging with stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, providing insight to guide decisions.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas of improvement, cost optimization, revenue growth, and the lifetime value of SaaS customers.
- Forecasting and modeling.
- Assist CFO for ad-hoc projects.
- Evaluate and monitor the financial performance of products and subscription models.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A and reporting.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Experience working in SaaS company
- Proven experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting with recurring revenue streams
- MRR,ARR, Churn Rate, CAC analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI ( )
- PE industry experience ( )
