What The Sr. Financial Analyst Will Do
- Collaborate with leaders and corporate support staff to identify data needs, transform data into actionable insights, and position our client's operations as best in class.
- Examine various types of data related to operations, including customer profiles, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop comprehensive analysis of customer data to identify trends and inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, data analytics, financial summaries, forecasts, and budgets.
- Work closely with operations team leaders and support functions, such as marketing and accounting, to ensure goals align and data drives actionable results.
- Gather data, generate reports, interpret analyses, and deliver actionable insights through detailed reports and dashboards.
- Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and recommend improvements.
- Participate in developing and implementing financial strategies, including pricing models, cost control measures, and investment evaluations.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Support the financial aspects of new projects, including feasibility studies, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial considerations into project planning and execution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of experience with a blend of accounting and financial analysis
- Experience in the Hospitality industry
