Financial Analyst
We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to fill an exciting opportunity with one of our esteemed clients. In this role, the Financial Analyst will serve as a critical asset, providing invaluable analytical support to various functional departments within the organization. The ideal Financial Analyst will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical abilities, and a passion for presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
What the Financial Analyst role entails:
- As a Financial Analyst, you will collaborate closely with business segments to support planning, budgeting, and analysis of actual results.
- Conduct thorough analysis and audits on data to ensure accuracy and integrity, leveraging your expertise as a Financial Analyst.
- Utilize your financial modeling and analysis proficiency to dissect complex financial data and distill key findings into comprehensive reports for dissemination to diverse stakeholders.
- Evaluate proposed and existing promotions through the lens of a Financial Analyst, assessing financial justification, goal alignment, and operational efficiency.
- Work hand-in-hand with the internal Finance department to generate ad-hoc reports that support sales, margin, and operational objectives, showcasing your versatility as a Financial Analyst.
Do you have what it takes to be the next Financial Analyst?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, demonstrating your capabilities as a Financial Analyst.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableu, SQL or other analytical tools, including spreadsheet, database, and graphing applications, essential for success as a Financial Analyst.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills honed through your experience as a Financial Analyst.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, showcasing your interpersonal skills as a Financial Analyst.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the capacity to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment, are essential qualities for a Financial Analyst.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, integral for success as a Financial Analyst.
