They are looking for a Financial Assistant to join their team ASAP! The successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, should be highly organized and deadline oriented. They are looking to have someone start as soon as next week!

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Payroll for over 150 employees
  • Process invoices
  • Mailing and receiving documentation as needed
  • Assist with claims or billings as needed

Preferred Skills!
  • Accounting Experience preferred
  • Comfortable supporting different areas as needed
  • Cash handling and deposit experience
  • Workday experience for payroll processing
