PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
  • Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital
  • Review balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position
  • Review reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to monthly close process
  • Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Responsible for the full evaluation of the accounting department


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Accounting and CPA Preferred
  • Significant accounting experience
  • Management experience and strong leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • SAP experience is a plus
