The USAID Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL) is responsible for leading the Agency's policy planning efforts, shaping overall strategic and program planning, ensuring the Agency's effectiveness as a learning organization, and overseeing donor engagement. PPL's Office of Learning, Evaluation and Research (PPL/LER) supports the Agency's transformation into a learning organization that captures, disseminates and makes better use of evidence and knowledge gained from through performance monitoring, evaluation and other sources for what does and does not work in development, and uses evidence to guide program and policy decisions.
The Program Analyst (Administrative Officer) will provide technical support to the Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning’s (PPL) Administrative Management Services Team (AMS) in order to facilitate the effective achievement of all PPL priorities. You will provide direct support to the Staffing sub-team in multiple areas of focus including staffing, recruitment, human resources management, and various administrative processes.
