Overview
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Runner to join our team. The Field Runner will be responsible for conducting property walkthroughs, capturing detailed notes, photographs, and videos of various properties, and uploading this information into our system. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and up-to-date property information for our contractor and internal records.
Duties
- Conduct property walkthroughs in various locations throughout Anne Arundel, and surrounding counties.
- Take comprehensive notes on property conditions, features, and any notable observations.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of the properties.
- Upload notes, photographs, and videos into the designated file system promptly and accurately.
- Communicate any immediate issues or concerns observed during property walkthroughs to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in property inspections, real estate, or a related field is preferred, not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take accurate and thorough notes.
- Proficiency in using digital cameras, video recorders, and basic photo/video editing software.
- Ability to upload and organize files using computer software and cloud-based systems.
- Experience with Google Suites
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. - REQUIRED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
