What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Engagement Manager – Raleigh and Americas position at Credit Suisse?
Applicant will serve as the Employee Engagement Lead for Credit Suisse Raleigh. Working as the primary EE liaison with the CS Raleigh Site Manager and COO. In this capacity, candidate will provide strategy and planning for Employee Engagement activities. That enables a strategically curated environment in which colleagues are informed. Involved and valued – and where they feel a deep sense of belonging and pride in Credit Suisse. Applicant will also serve in a default capacity as Deputy to the Regional Head of Employee Engagement and provide key partner support to the COO of the Americas Region. And aligned leadership team which includes Human Resources, Business Continuity Management, Global Business Support Services, Corporate Citizenship, Diversity & Involvement, and other operational teams. In addition, you may be called upon to provide key partner support to the Investment Bank – our primary business division in the region.
As a member of the Americas team, you will support the Regional Employee Engagement team as a publisher in taking end-level communication results across the line for distribution intended for specific global, regional, and divisional audiences. You will use our proprietary publishing platforms to stage, proof-read and facilitate key partner reviews of memos, news items, digital content and other media produced by the Employee Engagement team. As a requirement of your role, you will manage and regularly review distribution lists used by our memo publishing system. You will also work with the Global Channels team to become the regional SME and support the Americas EE team in optimizing the channels we use in delivering the right content in the right way to the right audiences.
