What you will do for us:

• Excel in providing customer service via incoming calls, emails, and chats regarding account maintenance and access, deposits, account changes, debit/credit cards, rates for savings and loan products, account fraud and a variety of member inquiries.
• Actively listens to members and provides empathetic customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceed metrics focused on providing personalized member service.
• Collaborate with team members, specialists and leaders.
• Dominate daily challenges with an inquisitive mind and positive attitude.

What you will need to have to join us!

• 6 months of Customer Service experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Extras you can bring to stand out!

• 6 months experience in a financial environment
• Bilingual (preference for Spanish)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Symitar systems experience
• Compassion and empathy towards others
• Passion to help people

What you can expect moving forward:

• If selected, an initial 30 minute phone interview.
• 1-2 second round video interviews (WebEx).
• A contingent offer followed by a background and credit check.
