What you will do for us:
- Excel in providing customer service via incoming calls, emails, and chats regarding account maintenance and access, deposits, account changes, debit/credit cards, rates for savings and loan products, account fraud and a variety of member inquiries.
- Actively listens to members and provides empathetic customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceed metrics focused on providing personalized member service.
- Collaborate with team members, specialists and leaders.
- Dominate daily challenges with an inquisitive mind and positive attitude.
What you will need to have to join us!
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Extras you can bring to stand out!
- 6 months experience in a financial environment
- Bilingual (preference for Spanish)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Symitar systems experience
- Compassion and empathy towards others
- Passion to help people
