Financial Services Officer II/III (Also known as Relationship Banker/New Accounts/Loans)
Position Summary
We are looking for a self-starter who works with a sense of urgency to consistently produce strong results.
This position is responsible for interviewing, preparing and submitting complete loan applications, processing applications, and funding consumer loans. In addition, they will be responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions for members including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, official checks, money orders, and cash advances.
The individual hired for this position will also be providing professional member experiences by performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, on-boarding members, renewing certificate accounts, assisting members with bookkeeping and checking account problems, and perform member account maintenance.
Note: We have two different positions. One in a Call Center where all interaction is done via phone, email, chat, etc. One in a branch where most interactions are done face to face with some interaction via phone, email chat, etc.

Scheduled Hours
Shifts that can start and end between the hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM M-F
In addition, Individuals in this position are expected to work rotating Saturdays
Pay Rate
$15.50 or $17.00 /hr, Incentives (average $1,200/month)

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
