Base Salary - USD $85,500 to $125,000
Summary
- Manage the technical operations and ensure compliance with all regulations in the MRI department.
- Perform the duties of an MRI Technologist as required.
- Hospital coaching and guidance to staff members, fostering collaboration across all levels of the department.
- Assist with employee scheduling within the MRI modality, ensuring adequate staffing to meet patient care demands.
- Participate in the hiring process for new staff members, contributing to recruitment and selection.
- Oversee technical procedures, patient care practices, and workflow to ensure safety and effectiveness in patient care delivery.
- Participate in the weekend on-call rotation, covering shifts from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays and Sundays.
