- 7W Cardiovascular unit 001 Unit Capacity: 36 Beds Population Served: Cardiac and Neuro Stepdown: Cardiac bedside monitoring, Cardiac drips, TR bands, Post heart caths, Stroke/Neuro patients, BIPAP overflows Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60 ) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Certifications & Clearance Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- The National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
