Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Creekside Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team! The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will assist patients with their basic needs, such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and administering medications.
This role is vital in ensuring patients receive quality care while providing a compassionate and caring attitude.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties :
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate.
- Administer medications and document all medication administration in the patient's chart.
- Keep patient rooms clean and tidy.
- Help patients with mobility, including using walkers or wheelchairs, and positioning them in beds or chairs.
- Record all care provided to patients accurately and timely.
- Report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications :
- Must possess a current CNA certification.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Must be compassionate and patient with all types of patients.
- Experience in long-term care or acute care is preferred.
