  • Plans and executes continuous improvement projects and activities
  • Works with Manufacturing Engineers in root cause analysis and solution development
  • Assists automation team to ensure reliability and repeat-ability of current equipment as well as increasing utilization
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience

  • Exposure to Engineering principles and root cause analysis
  • Prior support or experience within a lean manufacturing system a plus

Education

  • Pursuing Bachelors in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
