What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Chef position at Creole Cuisine?

As a corporate chef, you will report to the culinary director, lead multiple banquet and catering chefs directly, and support location chefs. Other essential traits include development and counseling skills, work extremely well under pressure, driven, and aspire to help grow the organization.
Requirements Include, but are not limited to:
Lead menu development
Lead yearly location menu reviews & adjustments
Low sellers replacement. High cost menu adjustments
Update/upgrade menu when needed
Update plateware & silverware when needed
Adhere to all purchase agreements
Lead Limited Time Offerings planning & execution at select locations
Quarter LTO planning for upcoming year
Lead creation, costing, training & marketing material to match
Lead new location menu creation
Lead by example of all CCRC systems, SOPs, sanitation standards, and safety standards
Lead/assist banquet on displays and food creativity
Lead/assist equipment updates for both locations & event spaces
Train chefs when needed
Ability to lead and follow when needed. Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and at least 55 hours per week.
Computer/software system skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly and salaried employees
Experience maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
Abide and maintain the standard of all CCRC uniform guidelines
ServSafe certified
Ability to travel to all locations (local and non-local)
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
Proven financial savvy through controlling prime costs and effective forecasting
Successful career track and stable consistent work history
