Job Description:

Candidate with 10 years of overall experience with at least 4 years of strong hands-on experience with Oracle Agile PLM.

Co-lead a team of engineers and support analysts at both onsite and offshore to ensure high-performance that consistently and iteratively delivers high-impact, high-quality solutions

Hands on Oracle Agile PLM experience with design, customization, configuration, administration and mapping.

Candidate should have experience in following Agile PLM modules – Product Collaboration (PC), Product Portfolio Management (PPM), Product Cost Management (PCM), Product Quality Management (PQM), Product Governance (PG&C)

Demonstrated experience with all engineering data analysis including items, bills of materials, item attributes etc.

Evaluate complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM applications functionality and develop an action plan to resolve issues.

Provide hands-on assistance to end users via remote client connectivity or collaborative web meeting

Work closely with end users on a daily basis to understand their needs, support business change and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience

Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and risk, whilst looking for opportunities to innovate and streamline

Interfaces with different teams to structure the delivery of support and services, and drive results on strategic service initiatives.

Customer satisfaction focus with success measured by how well your team is delivering against requirements

Experience in managing complex customer services operational/delivery issues to resolution

Utilizing analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks

Good communication and presentation skills.
