Job Title : Business Requirements Coordinator
Location : Harrisburg, PA
Duration : 9 months
Type : Contract
- Remote position but must be able to report on-site at least first / last days of engagement to inventory equipment*
- 37.5 hours per week*
Job Description :
- Working directly with customers in our agencies to gather and document business requirements needed to comply with established policy and procedures within the organization.
- Gathering, preparing, and submitting information and documentation to the various security, legal and administrative approvers required in the process.
- Meeting with a diverse group of stakeholders, to include legal, business, and security teams, to help ensure timely processing and approval of business requests.
- Reviewing, interpreting, and providing input on contract agreements and other business-related contractual documents.
- Collaborating with vendors ensuring clear communication of Commonwealth requirements and cloud use documentation where required.
- Researching whether there is already a current solution in use in the Commonwealth that would meet the documented business needs.
- Providing general guidance to our customers on the business approval process and its underlying policies and processes.
- Overall tracking and managing of the backlog of requests.
- Serving as an overall point of contact and subject matter expert for both agency and delivery center staff.
Required Experience :
- Full-time experience managing projects, program management, or process administration (does not need to be in an official capacity as a project / program manager).
- Full-time experience dealing directly with customers.
- Years of experience in vendor management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
