Compliance Testing Analyst

Compliance Testing Analyst   Crescent Bank is looking for a talented professional to fill an open position as a Compliance Testing Analyst. Responsible for performing and communicating compliance related testing to determine adherence with state and federal consumer protection rules and laws. Support the VP of Bank Compliance, in performing regulatory testing. Conduct testing, meet with management to resolve findings, and produce reports. Work with management to identify and resolve the root cause of issues raised during testing. Works effectively as part of a team atmosphere to perform duties and achieve daily operational goals Meets productivity standards in accordance with Crescent Bank’s confidentiality policies and organizational values Performs additional duties as needed within the department   Position Requirements: Proficient in written and oral communication 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or compliance testing function Bachelor's degree is preferred Experience in state and federal consumer protection rules and laws compliance is preferred Prior experience working with auto loans or consumer loans is preferred.
