Community Manager Needed!
We are seeking a Community Manager to manage the prestigious Grand Central Market Apartments! This vibrant 120-unit community is directly above the iconic Grand Central Market, one of the premier food, drink and cultural destinations in all of Southern California. This person will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, including leasing and overseeing maintenance process.

This position is not required to live on-site, but there is a rent discount available for the manager position. This property has an affordable housing component.
Job duties includes:
· Manage all day-to-day aspects of the property to meet and exceed budgetary and financial goals.
· Lease vacant units, qualify and approve prospective resident applications, customer service credits, and renewals.
· Communicate & coordinate with residents about move-ins, move-outs, and work orders.
· Schedule with maintenance vendors for repairs and vacant unit turns.
· Coordinate with corporate staff for all aspects of leasing and operations and provide necessary weekly and monthly reporting.
Requirements
· Previous property management experience is required
· Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
· Knowledge of AppFolio a plus but not required
· Previous experience creating and working with budgets and fiscal reporting
· Organized, self-motivated and able to multitask
· Honest, energetic with a sense of humor
· A professional appearance and a great attitude
· Excellent references
· Must have your own smart phone. Laptop computer will be provided
· Valid CA Driver's License, insurance, and reliable form of transportation
· You must have an unflappable attitude and the ability to de-escalate situations!
