REPORTS TO: Executive Housekeeper
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Answers telephone calls and processes requests and messages promptly.
- Report room status into property management system.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training.
- Dispatch houseperson to deliver requested items.
- Follow through on guest complaints and requests regarding room services and ensure the appropriate follow-up with the guests.
- Maintain guest request log in property management system.
- Receive and log lost and found items, store in secured location.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience
Required- 1 year(s): Previous Hotel Housekeeping experience
- Previous Supervisor experience preferred
