What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Central Sterile Tech - Riverton-WY - USA position at Crescentia GTS?
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for all aspects of the reprocessing of reusable instrumentation and supplies. Ensures sterile items are delivered to the right place, at the right time, in the right condition and is the right item. Sterile processing includes Decontamination, Preparation, Sterilization, and Storage of processed items. Responsible for monitoring, testing, and record maintenance of the processes.
- Day shift, 7-10 hr/shift, rotate weekends
MUST TO HAVES :
- High School Graduate, GED or equivalent State of Wyoming
- Must be certified in the cleaning and processing of critical procedural instruments, i.e., IAHCSMM, ASHCSP
- Must obtain BLS from American Heart Association within 90 days of start.
