Job Description

• Directs financial activities of the organization. Establishes, or recommends to management, major economic objectives and policies for company.
• Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.
• Responsible for preparation of annual hospital budget.
• Advises management on desirable operational adjustments due to budget constraints and changes in hospital reimbursement.
• Supervises preparation of schedules and other documentation for audits of company’s accounts.

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Travel : Not Required

Must-Haves :

• Bachelors in Business, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance
• 5 year experience with accounting software packages and spreadsheets
• Advanced Excel user.
• 2-5 year experiance in accounting and forcasting
• 2-5 years managing cash for mid-large organization

Nice-To-Haves:

• Finance experience in healthcare
• Experiance working in an hospital setting
• Ability to communicate financial information to non financial leaders/staff

Job Type: Full-time
