Responsibilities
- Supervise and train food and beverage staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Ensure that all guest feedback is received throughout the dining experience.
- Ensure all staff is adhering to local food and beverage liquor board guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
