Title: Director of Plant Services
Job Duties: The Director of Plant Services is responsible for supervising ancillary personnel such as the maintenance supervisor, maintenance assistants, laundry, and housekeeping personnel. The Director may also supervise the operation and maintenance of multiple buildings and structures.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma/GED
- Management/supervisor experience
- Ability to organize, to problem-solve, and to direct and motivate staff.
- Plumbing, electrical, maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and wood finishing skills
- Knowledge of appropriate regulatory requirements
- A valid California driver’s license.
