Who Were Looking For:

CREtelligent is seeking a Quality Reviewer with an emphasis to expand our commercial environmental operations team. Our approach to environmental due diligence incorporates a blend of advanced data and analytics coupled with environmental review best practices.

The individual in this position will be responsible for reviewing 4 - 8 reports a day with high-level attention to detail to include; formatting, content, grammar, spelling, completeness, etc. The individual in this role will conduct the final review ensuring the full report is of high quality and the final product delivered to a customer meets a 100% quality control process.

The ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible and consistent schedule, part-time hours at 25 hours a week, Monday - Friday.

What you'll do:

• Serving as content and formatting report reviewer for Commercial Real Estate Valuation, Property, & Environmental Reports including Phase I - Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) reports

• Identify potential data discrepancies within the report; follow up and collaborate with report writer and other team members in a timely manner to offer solutions

• Manages, organizes, coordinates, and tracks report volume while documenting and managing quality control processes and procedures

• Assessing reports against quality control guidelines to ensure concise, complete and high-quality environmental assessment reports

• Performs other job-related reviewing duties as assigned

Key Attributes:

• Must have 3 Years of experience writing, proofreading, and editing complex technical documents

• A minimum of Associates Degree in English, Business, Liberal Arts, or similar field

• Experience with technical writing that may include business and/or science a plus

• Ability to focus and work independently

• Ability to work and be successful in a fast-based, team-oriented environment

• Eagerness to learn

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent problem resolutions skills, follow through, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to demonstrate skill or learn job-relevant information systems/software, database applications and research tools

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
