Job Description
The Pantry Operations Manger is responsible for the Management, support, and growth of a team of attendants. Must be able to communicate daily with clientele as well as upper management.
Job Responsibilities
- Plans, schedules, assigns, and monitors daily attendant assignments to ensure client is serviced by company standards and agreements.
- Manage and evaluate employees; counsel; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
- Provides pantry attendants with ongoing feedback to include recognition and/or coaching on growth opportunities, performance productivity, service partnerships, safety, equipment operation, and client retention risk.
- Maintain accurate inventory on a weekly basis. Including placing orders to ensure we have appropriate inventory levels.
- Driving profitability and growth of existing client and maintaining the clients total managed volume.
- Develops the Service and Safety culture and utilizes leadership skills in building employee performance to grow base business and enhance client partnerships.
- Utilizing strategic and leadership skills to facilitate employee selection, development, retention, and strong client relationships.
- Ensures optimal pantry executions across the client sites.
- Resolves service issues for clients, daily pantry visits at client site to follow up and/or evaluate issues.
- Owns and fosters effective communication at all levels of the organization.
- Maintains all business records, documentation and administrative standards as required to include personnel records, delivery and invoice records, product and asset inventories, and client sales, contact and pricing

Qualifications
- Prior Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in logistics or related tasks
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Client interaction, communication, organization/time management, multi-tasking and computer skills are critical to the success of this role.
- The ability to work efficiently and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
