Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and interacts with the Facilities Management regional finance teams and overhead support groups. This position will provide a wide range of financial analysis in regard to forecast, trends, monthly income statement and ad hoc reports.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the strategic planning process and the development of the annual business plan, budget and forecast for the business on an annual, monthly, and weekly basis.
- Support the quarterly operating reviews and other executive management reports.
- Recognize opportunity and drive improvements with PFS Reporting and Smartview/Essbase tools.
- Analyze and compare monthly and quarterly results, metrics and key performance indicators against plan and other benchmarks.
- Analyze productivity (labor, directs and NVDs), overhead costs, and other business initiatives impact on financial results.
- Responsible for reporting accuracy / reconciliation and system tie outs for BU.
- Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as required.

Qualifications
Ideal candidate is highly engaged, proficient in systems, can communicate across various levels and is highly collaborative. Position qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field (finance or accounting preferred) is required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Detail oriented, strong organization skills, and ability to learn quickly while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to adjust priorities to meet deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Essbase/SmartView skills a plus.
- Ability to influence decision-making through data and modeling.
- Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex issues and present in a variety of settings across all levels of the organization, including senior management.
