We are seeking an enthusiastic professionals to join our fast-growing team in support of an enterprise IT system in Springfield, VA. The Junior Analyst will have the opportunity to learn a customized Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) system, frequently travel OCONUS ensuring users know how it functions and that information within the system is accurate and precise.
Travel over 70% of the time
This role requires an active Secret Security Clearance Level

Preferred previous experience:
- Experience working on software applications
- Experience conducting training sessions
- Experience performing quality control checks to ensure our system is in line with base line requirements.
- Experience collaborating with multiple groups/teams to implement fixes to deviations from baseline.
- Experience reviewing and performing configuration changes, as appropriate.
- Experience writing documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, user guides, etc)
- Experience identifying quality assurance gaps, recommending process improvements, and proposed changes
