DESCRIPTION:
The Social Content Creator is responsible for accurately and effectively sharing CRISP & GREEN’s brand and story through social media outlets, event management, and community outreach programs. This all begins with having a strong appreciation of our company’s values and understanding our brand and vision. Our ideal candidate is a strong spirited, results-oriented individual whose daily efforts are in line with C&G’s growth aspirations.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with C&G’s Marketing Director to execute on overarching brand strategy with proven ability to adapt and adjust quickly
- Build and manage a robust, innovative, on-brand social media community
- Provide expertise in content development and continuously monitor social trends, culture and guest conversation for new creative solutions to engage our audience
- Manage and promote community events and partnerships
- Monitor, respond and engage with social following on a daily basis
- Build and manage brand ambassador network
- Identify areas of opportunity through creative and quantitative analysis on any given campaign or market
- Attend, participate and execute events on an as needed basis
- Other duties assigned
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Four-year degree in Marketing or related field required
- Preferred 2-5 years relatable and transferrable experience
- Strong creative eye for content native to each social platform
- Results driven and self-motivated
- Demonstrated tenacity to roll your sleeves up and “get the job done”
- Desire to learn and develop internally
- Proven ability for high level strategic thinking
- Enjoy and thrive working in fast-paced environment
