Summary:
This person will be responsible for supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls to the correct departments
- Assist and maintain the filing system
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Communicate and assist visitors, vendors, and customers
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
