Well established agency in the NOLA area is seeking an Agency Claims Advocate to join their team. This is the job claims adjuster love because it gets them off a desk and into an advocate role assisting clients throughout the claim process. In this role, you will represent insureds, answer their questions through the full claims cycle from inception to close, walk them through the claim process and update the client on the claim’s status. Work as an intermediary with both the claims adjuster on the carrier side and customer. Must be self-motivated and proactive to research coverages, read through policy language and discuss coverages with team members and/or insureds. Preferably 3 years of multi-line claims experience, from an independent agency. Bachelor’s degree and insurance designation highly desired.
