Will be responsible for the development of the assigned marketing territory. Duties include, but are not limited to, travel, prospecting of new agency appointments, management of existing agencies, underwriting new and renewal policies, production of new business, and retention of existing policies. Implement marketing and agency initiatives in the territory attained. This is a work from home spot as long are you are in the Illinois marketplace.
They have a unique contract with one large retail organization that they would like you to cultivate as well. Travel is about 40% until you build up your book. Production bonus for growth and retention.
