A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT COORDINATOR…

Travel to a recently vacated property to assess renovation needs.
Task Requires:

• Reliable vehicle (milage reimbursement provided)
• Good eye for detail
• Multi-tasking skills

Create a renovation scope of work & budget. Anywhere from a short punch list to a full home flip!
Task Requires:

• Computer knowledge including Word & Excel
• Average math skills

Coordinate & schedule work with vendors & in-house renovation team
Task Requires:

• A positive personality with good all-around people skills
• The ability to be assertive but friendly
• Strong organization

Problem solve renovation challenges.
Task Requires:

• Creative thinking
• “On the spot” decision making

Detailed communication with the team
Task Requires:

• …. not going to lie, this task requires a lot of emails =)

This role requires about 50% office work and 50% field work.
