What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Lead position at Croft Hospitality?
Overview:
Attend to the maintenance needs of the hotel in a lead role; to keep guests comfortable and safe while adhering to the brand standard set forth by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
· Work with the Maintenance Manager to analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
· Follow daily instructions as given by the Maintenance Manager regarding the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
· Follow the policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the hotel.
· Assist the Maintenance Manager with Safety and Brand compliance within the hotel
· Operates, maintains and repairs the boilers to provide heating comfort throughout hotel
· Maintains and repairs air conditioning equipment and air compressor equipment.
· Must be familiar with the automatic alarm systems used in the building so any conditions affecting security or creating a fire hazard can be corrected.
· Keep adequate levels of supplies required. Inform Maintenance Manager of equipment and supply requirements.
· Cooperates with insurance underwriters and fire department staff in regular inspections.
· Works with outside contractors as needed
· Calls to Maintenance Manager’s attention any maintenance or operating problems that affect the condition of the hotel.

Qualification:
· Basic math skills
· Working knowledge of the English language
· Professional in demeanor and appearance
· Customer Service experience
· Aquatic Service experience- Preferred CPO License
· Previous building maintenance experience
· Must have Boiler Operator License
