Job Responsibilities
- Confirm all appointments the day before and the day of the appointment.
- Set, manage, and confirm all appointments for clients to meet with Loan Officer and/or Loan Partner II for loan applications; communicate preparation for appointment.
- Ensure follow up attempts made until appointment is set on leads added to the lead tracker.
- Update referral partners on status of leads received.
- Maintain a 40% or higher conversion rate from lead to appointment.
- Collect applications and manage documentation.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Available to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of mortgage industry experience, preferred.
- Mortgage industry licensing, preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and data entry skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
