Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
- DIgital Marketing/Customer Experience support
- Experience with metrics and how those metrics can drive decisions
- Experience using G suite of tools.
- Defining requirements and user stories and leading the team through design and development.
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Forging strong relationships across organizations
- Tracking success metrics and communicating results to management.
- Successfully work with cross functional teams and gain consensus for enhancements
- Bachelors degree or 3 or more years of work of relevant experience.
- Experience with Design Thinking, project management, and/or program management.
- Bachelors degree in management, or digital marketing.
- PMP certification.
- Analytics and data focus to use for shared marketing insights and recommendations.
- Managed complex projects with shifting priorities, demands, and stakeholders. Ideally, with cross-functional teams and agencies.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
