Overview
Generate sales by understanding customer needs, educating them on products or services and as a result creating new customers in an assigned sales territory.
Responsibilities
- Contact an established client list by telephone in order to present and sell new product launches or promotions.
- Review with the client, sales results and opportunities.
- Order and ship to the client, testers, samples and/or brochures.
- Inform the client of upcoming activities and promotions.
- Inform the client of upcoming training schools and book the Cosmeticians to the schools.
- Manage returns of products as needed.
- Build and maintain rapport with Cosmetic Managers to effectively meet company and client objectives.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Cosmetic/skincare background preferred. Selling experience preferred.
Computer Skills: PC proficiency and strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Language: Must communicate effectively in both English and French
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
