This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Training and developing a team of Guides to implement the Alpha learning system with world-class excellence
- Creating Guide Playbooks detailing best practices for facilitation, designing rewarding learning activities, and navigating challenges
- Providing regular, actionable feedback to Guides to amplify student engagement and achievement
- Directly mentoring a small cohort of students, modeling expert coaching and motivation strategies
- Writing lesson plans – your Guides facilitate students' learning through adaptive apps; your focus is on training them to be exceptional facilitators
- Lowering standards – if our passing grade is 100%, it's your job to maintain that bar
- Delivering boring training – you'll coach Guides through engaging, high-energy, hands-on development

Basic Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental capacity.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work on-site in Austin, Texas. Relocation assistance is available.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
