We are looking for a dynamic, upbeat, “can-do” attitude to fill the newly created position of Talent Acquisition Associate. Continuous and ongoing growth has given us the opportunity to create this highly visible position. This full time Talent Acquisition Associate will provide full life cycle recruiting and onboarding support to our internal clients. This person will have internal clients to support that include both clinical and non-clinical positions. More specifically, this person will be responsible for:
Collaborating with hiring managers to define their talent needs, develop targeted recruitment plans, and set expectations for the recruiting process and timing
Collaborating with management to ensure cultural fit, candidate experience, and diversity programs expectations
Working with Talent Acquisition Lead to develop candidate offers based on qualifications and to maintain internal equity.
Managing the pre-employment process ensuring its completion prior to their candidates starting.
Establishing and fostering relationships with active and passive candidates.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred majors in Business Administration, Business Management or Human Resources from an accredited college or university.
2 years of experience with full cycle recruiting efforts, talent acquisition, sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and managing the candidate/hiring manager experience or outside sales experience.
Third-party recruitment or other high volume recruiting experience desirable.
Experience using an applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse, Jazz, Workday, PCRecruiter etc.) or other customer tracking software.
Experience using Social media in the recruiting process
