Crossroads Health provides a continuum of quality life-changing behavioral health and specialized chemical dependency treatment services to children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families. As a leader in the behavioral health field, we offer a vast array of programs and services that evaluate, educate, strengthen and support thousands of children, adults and their families each year.
Due to organizational growth, our Human Resources Department is looking for a dynamic, upbeat individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Lead. This full time Talent Acquisition Lead will provide full life cycle recruiting and onboarding support to our internal clients. This person will have internal clients to support that include both clinical and non-clinical positions. More specifically, the Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define their talent needs, develop targeted recruitment plans, and set expectations for the recruiting process and timing.
- Providing support for the entire recruitment process, including setting up interviews and following up with hiring manager afterward on results of the interview.
- Collaborating with management to ensure a seamless recruiting candidate experience.
- Managing the pre-employment process ensuring its completion prior to their candidates starting.
- Establishing and fostering relationships with active and passive candidates.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or Human Resources required.
- 4 years of experience with full cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and managing the candidate/hiring manager experience.
- Third-party recruitment or other high volume recruiting experience desirable.
- Experience using an applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday, PCRecruiter etc.) or other customer tracking software.
- Experience utilizing HRIS systems such as ADP WFN, Workday, SAP etc highly desirable.
- Experience using Social media in the recruiting process
