Job Title: Case Manager - DETOX
Reports To: Care Team Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Position Summary: The Case Manager - Detox (CM) supports and assists the Care Team Manager and Detox staff in all aspects of Detox services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of Care Team Manager duties including, but not limited to intake, orientation, client file creation, and maintenance.
- Facilitate Detox Program curriculum.
- Make copies, collates, staples, and files program materials as needed.
- Provides individual counseling to include crisis management as required.
- Facilitates coordination of care to include case review, therapeutic interventions, client progress in treatment and coordination of aftercare services.
- Participates in clinical staff meetings, trainings and other activities as required.
- Discuss issues regarding program requirements and/or conflicts with clients.
- Assist clients in completing treatment plans as well as creating a minimum of 2 viable options for each client in regards to discharge.
- Performs other duties, as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- A working knowledge of addiction, recovery, and twelve step programs.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external audiences.
- Must be in recovery from Alcohol and Drugs for equal to or greater than 6 months, required.
- Must maintain high ethical standards and demonstrate sound judgment, problem solving skills, and strong organizational skills.
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Computer/Microsoft Office experience.

- While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit and speak or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
